Whats the difference?
C curl is a flatter & more natural looking Curl whereas a D Curl has a little more oomph! Meaning it can be seen a little more from front view. A D curl also has a more eye-lifting effect.
C Curl = Natural Look
D Curl = Dramatic & Lifted
